Just got back from Shah Alam Mall. Went there to pass food (laksa & cekodok) to Lil Sis & bought BR ice cream. Every 31st of the month, BR would give 31% off discount for any purchase of either a pint (375g), quart (700g) or half gallon (1385g). Interesting offers. I am not that in to BR ice cream but would not reject any offers to eat them. Hee. My favourite flavours would be Chocolate Mousse Royale, Very Bery Strawberry and the other one I forgot the name but it is like Pralines & Cream except for no pecan. First at home we plan to get a half gallon because we want 4 flavours (each person has different kind of flavour). But when I reached there, the person said that it is recommended 2 flavours in it because the ice cream will be overlapped (top & bottom because of the size of the container) and the taste would be mixed up. So I changed to 2 quarts (2 flavours in each quart). The flavours are Strawberry Cheesecake (Mom), Mango Sherbet (Bro), Chocolate Mousse Royale (Me) & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Lil Sis). Total amount is RM63.48 (ice cream) + RM 3.81 (government tax) = RM67.30. Thanx to our sponsors of the day. That would be Mom (most of it) & Bro. ;D FYI, the goverment tax is now 6% instead of 5% last year.
